Our Founder

Chauncy Spencer is the Founder and Principal Investigator of Sankofa Dynamics. He has been conducting independent research and development of low-cost eco-friendly alternative home construction materials, energy generation/storage devices, and residential waste repurposing alternatives for the past 2 years. He studied Chemistry at the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth before working at Dana Farber Cancer Institute, where he engaged in clinical lab work for over a decade. Chauncy then started working in real estate, rehabilitating residential homes and rental properties. Most recently, he has transitioned from working as an equity and policy advocate and entrepreneur in a Massachusetts regulated emerging industry.
